This is my story
Born in Singapore, I am a Canadian professional with over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. I had formal training in Human Resources Management in Canada and in the process of completing the globally recognized Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA®) program. My diverse background and international qualifications have equipped me with a strong foundation in strategic business support, executive-level coordination, and people-focused solutions — making me a trusted partner to senior leaders and high-performing teams.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting C-level Executives, Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President and Senior Directors at leading organizations such as Conair/Cuisinart, Reuters, PWC, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Rogers Communications, Bank of Montreal (BMO), and Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO).
My expertise lies in managing complex projects while seamlessly handling multiple executives' calendars, meetings, and email management. I have successfully managed and facilitated international town halls, conferences, and regional head meetings, ensuring smooth connectivity across multiple countries and time zones.
As the corporate landscape continues to evolve, with remote work becoming the new norm, I envisioned creating my own company. This decision allows me to leverage my extensive skill set and leadership abilities, partnering with global organizations to provide tailored solutions and innovative support.
I believe in working smarter to achieve excellence—producing high-quality work efficiently, adapting quickly, and fostering collaboration to drive meaningful results. Maintaining strong communication is key to building lasting relationships and creating steady collaborations.
Outside of work, I am passionate about work-life balance and the joy that comes from making healthy life and professional choices. I am an avid cook, constantly experimenting with new culinary dishes, with my close friends often joining me on a "blind food sampling" journey. I also love to make memories and some of my fondest family times were on a “hop and skip” flight from Singapore to Bali, Indonesia for our best beach resort experience.
